MFDD was proud to be part of the first annual Girls on the Run “Run-A-Thon” held at DeSales University from Friday, December 2nd through Saturday, December 3rd. The 24-hour event raised over $4,000.00 in scholarship money for Girls on the Run Lehigh Valley. Tim Duckworth, Kristie Beitler, Teresa Barron, Donna Hartnett and Melanie Olenwine participated in the event with a one-hour stint on either the treadmill, stationery bike, or elliptical, and the Run-A-Thon featured many seminars and fitness classes throughout Saturday. We were thrilled to be part of such a worthwhile cause and organization!
